Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (any major is welcomed)

- Fluent in English, both oral and written

2. ACCOUNT OFFICER (SALES)

Requirements:

- Education min Bachelor Degree (or Diploma with good experience)

- Familiar with facility services (hygiene, cleaning, & pest control or similar/relatable fields)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the sales activities and processes

- Set strategies to achieve sales targets

- Create sales activity reports and sales daily reports

- Build trust-based relationships and deals with client companies

- Introduce new/existing product to the customer

- Conduct customer approaches to sell products and services

- Survey & calculate based on the customer needs

- Support the branch growth, etc.

3. INVOICING OFFICER

Placement: Jakarta

Requirements:

- A woman and preferably single

- Minimum a Diploma degree

- Excellent in operating Excel Formula

- Preferably with at least 1 years experience in the same field

- Experienced in invoicing

- Meticulous, prioritizing detail, and neatness

- Able to work under pressure

- Active, initiative, agile, and thorough

- Honest, disciplined and responsible

Responsibilities:

- Archive documents properly and neatly

- Responsible for invoices made to customers

- Create invoices and send them according to the invoice exchange schedule

- Produce tax invoices (imported or manual) for all companies and branches

- Ensure that the promotions run in accordance to the approved SKP

- Establish invoices of all sent SO goods

- Guarantee all AR has been billed according to maturity

- Record all branch transactions to the company’s system

- Accountable for making travel documents

- Administer goods transfers reports

4. CREDIT CONTROL SUPERVISOR

Placement: Jakarta

Requirements:

- A woman/man, max age of 30 y.o, and preferably single

- Bachelor’s degree of Accounting / Finance

- Experienced min. of 3 years as Senior Credit Control Staff

- Excellent in operating Ms. Excel (including the formula), Word, and PowerPoint

- Conversant with handling more than 1 business

- Accustomed to manage clients with hundreds of customers

- Meticulous, prioritizing detail, and neatness

- Able to work under pressure

- Active, initiative, agile, and thorough

- Honest, disciplined and responsible

Responsibilities:

- Administer and report detailed works for businesses

- Implement successful practices in managing client’s credit and collection

- Building good communication internally and externally

5. TECHNICIAN PESTCARE

Placement: Bandung, Solo, Bekasi-Cikarang-Cikampek, Cirebon, Jogjakarta, Makassar, Kalimantan Timur dan Selatan, dll.

Requirements:

- Min. Senior High School or Diploma

- Max. 35 y.o

- Experienced in Hygiene or Pest control Technician min. 1 year

- Willing to learn in training

- Able to use chemicals, tools, and machines such as fogging, Ultra Low Volume (ULV), etc

- Familiar and understand hygiene or pest control methods: hygiene system, chemical, sanitazion, poisoned bait, fumigation, sterilization, insulation, etc.

- Has a good initiative, commitment, and responsibility

- Have own vehicle with SIM A & SIM C

Responsibilities:

- Survey and analyze the customer needs

- In charge of new installation

- Do service routines, including Integrated Pest Management

- Handling customers complain

- Help sales to explain about technical problem

- Manage customer cooperation in technical

- Responsible for service needed in urgent situations

6. SUPERVISOR SERVICE PESTCARE

Placement: All over Indonesia

Requirements:

- Education min Bachelor Degree or D3

- Max. age is 35 years old

- Min. 3 years of experience in pest control / hygiene / sanitation

- Can work mobile

- Own a vehicle with SIM A/ SIM C

- Detail oriented and customer focused

- Good integrity, communication, and teamwork

- Have the passion for innovation and achievement

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for and support of service, sales, upgrading treatment, and reporting

- Execute and monitor programs, also continuity of excellent operations

- Handling complaints and quality control

- Reporting technician results treatment

- Supervise the execution as SOP and the company’s policy

- Auditing preparation equipment team and service appliances

- Conduct briefing for service teams
